How We Work
In-House Project Management
Renovation projects involve multiple trades working in sequence — and the quality of the outcome depends heavily on how well that sequence is managed. We manage every renovation in-house, which means your dedicated contact at J A Build & Develop is responsible for the programme, the quality of the work, and keeping you informed throughout.
We do not subcontract the project management. This matters particularly on renovation projects, where unexpected structural issues or changes in scope need to be dealt with quickly and honestly — not passed between contractors. If something changes during the build, we tell you immediately and agree how to proceed before any additional costs are incurred.
